How it All Began…

Welcome to Brotherhood Designs, LLC! We are Scott Carr and Rob Demlow, and combined, we have over 40 years of service as professional firefighters in central Indiana. With over a decade spent working together, we have spent countless hours on shift as well as outside of work with our families. We have learned to be smooth in operational work professionally, and over time, found that we have an eye for creativity. We started to see that we had a tendency to complete and support each other’s visions when doing projects. We started with a few station logo projects that kept us busy during downtime on shift, then continued with a flag dedication to our firehouse with retired hose that had been used to preserve life and property on the job. For fun, we decided to use our passion for creative expression and pride of our country to make works of art using hose and other items used in our profession which otherwise would end up in a landfill. We started out making a few flags for close ties to us and had an overwhelming response that led us to consider turning our hobby into a business. Thus, in January 2022, this business was born.
